Workflow not sent email

After i deployed the application, i couldn’t send emails to the customers even though i have adjusted in the workflow. Please help me figure this out, thank you.

Have you checked the Audit Log if there’s an error?

After checking my Audit Log, i coudn’t see any mistakes happended. Are there any solutions or checking methods which i can try? Thank you sir.

Also you have mentioned the app as deployed , however in the picture in the first post of yours the appis showing as not deployed.

Till the app is deployed the workflow emails go to only the app owner.

Just for the guidance, to share the experience.

when the workflow to send email is not fired, I always goes to the Mandrill site to see if there is any downtime for their services.

In the recent cases, there was cases I see it tooks hours the users receive the email out of Appsheet workflow, and I immidiately access Mandrill site, but there is no official reports of outage.

Then few hours laters, the email out of Appsheet workflow arrrived eventually.

It is still possible Mandrill, which is service Appsheet useing for Email workflow works badly, hence, i have been suggesting to swith to other or own service to deal with those stuffs, as Mandrill is not really reliable.

It was good example, where Mandrill dose not take it as outage, but those who use the service in Appsheet define it is outage…

The screenshot i took is for checking am i do it right in the workflow, i have deployed it and it failed so i returned to propotype state. Thank you for reminding me.
