Workflow Report Not Showing Images

Hi Guys,

I have created a report to send some images via attached pdf. The report is generating but the images are not showing in the pdf. The template used is a Word Document and the images are stored in a OneDrive.

We checked on our end there are no issues with images being generated. Do you mind sharing a screen grab of your word doc template? Also can you check under UX-> formatting rules and make sure you do not have a workflow rule where there is a workflow template format that sets your image to text for the table.

I had no format rules. But your suggestion did work to reduce file size. Thanks a lot!

The issue I had was, I was trying to show images from app A in a report in app B and the image folders were different. When I created the report in app A and ran it the images where shown in the pdf.
