Workflow rule help

Hi, I have a workflow rule that triggers an action. The action is set to “execute a group of actions” and will trigger them based on the outcome of the workflow rule. My “If this is true” expression looks like this in the workflow rule.
AND([Order Status]=“Order Submitted”,[Outstanding Item Total]=0,ISNOTBLANK([PO Ref]))
When I run a test my rule condition says “True” but when I try and send it i get “Appsheet.com says Error” Am I missing something? I have the update event set to “All Changes”

Please check the Audit history and details from the log. It normally describes the reason.
