WORKFLOW setup

Hi i have an app that emails the workflow whenever anything is added changed updated etc. the table with the data has column headers of company ID, company etc . The ID column acts as the key and is randomly generated by APPSHEET. when the workflow is generated instead of including the company name it shows the company ID column instead.
looking at the setup in the workflow tab i just have default settings - how do i change this so it shows up the company name rather than ID column ?

Change the column currently set as label to the column containing the company name.
