Perhaps a new entry could be included in the Localize panel for this, so if people wanted they could customize how they wish.

When it has been a “must-have”, I have added one record into the beginning of a table and used that “No Entries” value. Then with the slice you can show it only if there is just one record (this “No Entries”). If more records, then don’t show it. Not the nicest method but sometimes doable.
