XY and map views pins with label

XY and map views show pins. I can change color and icon on the pin with format rules, but still need to click it to see what is it about (or hover, if using browser).

Would be nice to show the row label on the pin, if possible, even image/thumbnail if its also marked as label.

Perhaps a mix of Card and XY views, in which the XY column sets the card position? This would not only improve the usual XY views, but also create a lot of new possibilities of visual representations if you use the right background: diagrams (I was trying to create a Ishikawa diagram), flowcharts, pyramids.

Just like in Google My Maps. You can define the layer column and it will appear next to the pin.

The format collumn should be applied to latlong collumn, with a condition based on the status of the jobsite.
