Has anyone been able to connect/integrate an app into a site like Yelp?

Case use:

1. Our customer finishes his rental with us.
2. Automatically - the app will send him/her a text - (link to the app to fill out a review)
3. That review goes into a google sheet/excel spreadsheet/ etc…
4. That sheet is connected to Yelp or other review sites
