"YES value" label shows EMPTY

Hi all,
Today I open an app, and every column type YES/NO shows like this:

The column detail is:

Any value in yes label shows empty.

When I remove the YES label it shows Y

Please, can you help me?

Tienes que escribir el valor de la segunda opción, al borrar las comillas queda como un campo vacío.

Acabo de comprobar y parece ser un bug de Appsheet, también me sale vacío incluso desde la app.
