Youtube video not playing

Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated:

The beginning and ending quotes are to just show the link here on this post - the actual app link does obviously not include them.

This table link works in the browser but not the iPhone app or emulator:
“https://www.youtube.com/embed/-pbs1a6AvRw”

This works in the app and emulator. It comes from an (old???) sample app:
“https://www.youtube.com/embed/OxAeG1pcxW4”

Oh, I think you’re saying that you already know how to include YouTube videos but just one link isn’t working, right? I wonder if the “-” at the beginning could be the problem.
