In the editor preview view of the app, my virtual column is updating correctly, but when i go to full view or open the app as regular user, the data in the virtual column is not updating.

Is it necesary to reduce number of licences when they are not being used?

Hi, if i bought 30 user licenses, and eventually 5 of the users are not using the apps for a while (lets say acouple of months) will i be charge for the 30 licenes anyway during those months, or they wont be charged?

I know that i can open a specific file with the column type “file” and the file path with the file name, but is it posible to point to the folder only and have the option to view and open any files in that folder?
