When an app opens is it possible to give the user a menu or selection of forms to complete?

The topic here is my quesrtion. Can Appsheet automatically add a consecutive number to a user’s entry upon submission? Here’s the second part of this question. Can a user see this number in Appsheet after the number has been added to collected data?
