So the top option you're basically saying that anyone with a google/apple/MS etc account can login. Effectively no security at all. So appsheet is requiring you to acknowledge that this is a publicly accessible app.

No. You're only two options are either to get appsheet to download a PDF automatically with an action button. Or find a printer that you can email directly i.e. cloud based.

Turning on Quick sync might help a bit. Though this is always going to be a bit of limitation with appsheet.
