Is it possible to export data from Appsheet into a .pdf file?

Is it possible to create a dynamic flowchart in Appsheet based on answers from a Google Form?

How to add buttons/actions when a value is selected from a drop down list? I want users to search for a value and once selected, action items appear below the drop down list that allow users to call, email, lookup on map…etc.
