Is it possible to change the value of an hidden user setting ? I didn’t
find an editor to change hidden settings for each user, to preset the
value of an option from the administration interface.

The user setting seems to be the right way to do it, but in the example
is the user that changes the value of the setting. Is it possible to
configure a user setting that can be changed only by the administrator ?
