Where the user can find the Private tables Data Source in order to use that information to generate other new and different reports from those that generate the App ?

I have already diployed my app, My App is an evaluation of a Personal Process, so each user need an empty data sheet on drive only with the predifined structure sheets to start using the App. What can I do in order to each user start using empty data...
