Good morning, experiencing a bug when switching to landscape view where the search field is there but blocked. This has been tried on 2 different iOS devices, but works fine on Android. See the green block covering the search field on the top left.

@Martina Support has stated they rolled the fix out. I haven’t had the issue reoccur yet.

I’m US-based. I just got a response from support, it is on their end (happened during an update to tighten security) and they are deploying a fix for it today. In the meantime we may have to log in and out a few more times.

I’ve opened another ticket with support, can’t continually log in and out all day to keep the apps going. I’ve noticed it’s about 1-2 hours between “reauthentication” and everything working fine, to the error message.

Thank you. The critical part is to definitely use UTCNOW() and not NOW() as I found out when working in 2 timezones. Thanks for the temporary solve, looking forward to the feature request going through.
