Okay so I just tried clicking "create" to make a new one. Then I copy and pasted my exact previous template to the generated one and it's there now. The formatting is messed up a little bit but at least it's working. I'm not sure what exactly happene...

Sorry I'm looking into the suggestions you guys made, but first... I noticed that when I click "view" on template it's coming up blank. I've tried removing it and re-adding it but it doesn't seem to be finding the template at all now?

I contacted support yesterday with the same issue. My users sent me screen recordings and I sent them to support. I haven’t heard anything back yet but this was late yesterday. I also have a huge app with tons of columns so I was wondering the same.
