Recent Workflow Email "Other Attachments" Improvement

We recently made an improvement to the workflow email “Other Attachments” feature that you may find valuable.

It is now easier to include a file created by the “Save File” workflow action as an Other Attachment in a subsequent workflow email.

Previously, we only looked for Other Attachments under the worksheet folder. We recently enhanced Other Attachments to check both there and under the “Default app folder”. By looking under the “Default app folder”, we make it much easier to attach files created by the Save File workflow action.

You can now define a workflow rule with one or more Save File actions that create attachment files, and easily include them as Other Attachments in the subsequent workflow Email action.
