Account blocked for more than 3 users

Hello,
We are testing our app and I found today the app is blocked because there where 4 users last month. The site shows “Start building and testing apps with up to 10 users for free”, so I don´t understand the problem. Please I need to keep on working on this. I´ve been using appsheet for more than 4 years with no problem.

Have you deployed the app during/before testing? It’s very clearly stated in the Pricing page:

Thanks for your answer, but no, never deployed it.
It now shows: “Your app Proyectos PYP is a prototype.”

Have you somehow marked the app for personal/private use via Info > Properties > App Properties > Personal use only?

Yes! that´s right. Thanks.
I didn´t check for that because once I make the same mistake, and I´d received an alert telling me specifically to uncheck that.
