Action: Add row to other table

The action works but overwrites constantly row 2. So doesn’t add.
Using different keys (UNIQUEID()) in both tables.
What am I doing wrong.

Please post screenshots of:

1. The action configuration, including the columns to set and the value expressions.
2. The table’s column list from Data >> Columns in the app editor, including at least the key column.
