When a "Grouped" action button has more than 2 actions, the button is not reflecting prominently in the form header. It is only reflecting if it only has 1 or 2 actions.

The actions in the header reflect only if they are applicable for all the selected rows. Please check when you are applying group actions action for multiple rows, it is applicable for all those rows.
For example if the action to set the value of [Status] column to "Complete" requires a pre condition of [Status]="Delivered" and some rows selected have [Status]="Open" , the action will show for NONE of the selected rows because it cannot be applied selectively for certain rows.
Please ensure your last action in group action is a data change action applicable for the selected rows.
