Action to Send Details

I want to send the details of the first sheet with the help of my second sheet, can you tell how I can do this?

I have made action bottun and created bots, but not working here. showing error.

You cannot use action buttons to directly send an email. Emails are sent using an automation Send email task. 

Instead you should use this button to make a data change, and use this data change as an event that triggers the bot containing the Send email task.
