Adapt QR code search from excel to appsheet

i did a inventory management platform on spreadsheet that worked with QR code , after that i found “APPSHEET”. now I’m trying to use the QR code search on my appsheet.
what is the easiest way to available the search option without redirect all the urls that i already did on the the system ?
