Add Text to number range

I'm trying to add text prefix to number range can you please help me

Concatenate them together in an expression. "text" & [number]

Thank you for responding .. Can you please elaborate.. 

For the range selected I need the prefix to be 'Clock hrs' 

Clock hrs 2 or Clock hrs 12 

Or 

12 clock hrs or 4 clock hrs

I think you should change the column type.. you can't add text in number Column type. You can add another column in your database to make the concatenation with the formula Mark ( I think Mark is a Fenomeno ) suggested to you.
