Allow users to rearrange columns and virtual columns in tables

This will help in organizing the table. Often, based on my experience, when creating long forms, I need to make virtual columns to provide additional context to questions, section headers, page headers, etc. It would be good if I can rearrange these columns so that it follows the flow of my form and it makes it easier to track whenever I need to make changes.

This is already possible by several approaches.

1. Slices rearrange columns
2. Views rearrange columns

In fact, you can re-paginate your table using either of these methods.
