Apostrophe before value

Today I realized that when I use an action based on โ€œset the values of some columns in this rowโ€ and the resultant value is equeal to the value of another column, the cell shows an apostrophe before the value. The column is formatted to plain text.

is this a normal behavior?

Yes.

A single quote (or an apostrophe) is used to signify Text in Excel.

Thank you.
