App Blocked: trying to use a Google account that cant use this product

Hi everybody!

I have been developing an app for the past months and using it with a coworker just fine. Last week we bought a Tablet to let another teammate use it. 

We are getting this error when we try to Sign In with a new google account from the tablet. The app is shared with the account from the app editor.

We installed the appsheet app from Play Store, and when we try to Sign In a browser tab opens and shows the following error:

Any idea why this could be happening? App only have 4 users, and 2 of them have never used it.

If the new account or the app creator's account is part of a Google Workspace, there might be a policy that prevents accessing AppSheet or sharing the app.

WHen we try to sign in from new acccount, we recieved this email:

Maybe there is a problem with third party apps?

Hi all, chiming in here -- @dbaum is right. @muketaz: It looks like the user you added doesn't have access because of restrictions in their Workspace Account settings (as opposed to there being some specific restrictions set up on the AppSheet side). They should try using a different email address.
