App update not working

Hello everyone!

My iPhone app does not respond to updates on app. It keeps showing previous versions. I even changed the “app version to latest”. Send email request again and installed again many times but it keeps showing on iPhone an old version. Any idea?

Hi, sorry to hear you have difficulties with the app version. Please try to clear your mobilde device’s default browser’s cache and see if that helps.
