AppSheet Client Debugging?

A while back, I had an issue with AppSheet getting stuck in Sync cycle or closing on an iPhone. Other devices were unaffected. AppSheet support was able to identify the specific virtual column that had the issue and correcting that corrected my issue. Does anyone know what tool they might have used to see into the client? Any other tool suggestions for iOS or Android?

@AppPowerON That'd be nice... By the way, what was the issue with your virtual column? I have a client with an issue that sounds like that.  Sometimes it won't sync and crashes, so they have to start over with the data entry...

No tools other than Audit logs or Performance analyzer for the device itself. You would probably seen the error messages from the Audit logs when the user was trying to save the record.. and it took a lot of time to save.
