Should users customized (moved and resized blocks) desktop view be saved when they close and re-open the application. If this is an expected behavior, please let me know how to implement. If not, I would like to submit this as a feature request.
I gather you are referring to the new Desktop preview Mode. This should be raised in the thread dedicated for this Preview item - see link below. Note: there are a LOT of posts and comments. You might search the thread first for any other similar comments and then add yours to that conversation. If you find none then just add yours.
