Auto-Generate a reference number whenever a new row is generated

While I understand AppSheet's ability to generate a unique ID for each new entry, I would like to have the system generate a reference number that my team would understand.  In this case, the format would be the last two digits of the given year followed by a counter that goes up one digit with each new entry.

Example:

22-001, 22-002, 22-003, etc.

Is this possible?
