Pretty much the same story as the first post with this issue (crash while entering data after 2-3 Re-openings), but I still have this problem. Have used Re-open for some time (after having disabled it because of the problem) but now the problem is back on IPhone 8, iOS 16.0.3 no problem with very old IPhone's 5S OS 12.x.x and Androids. Now I have disabled Re-open. This is a much needed feature as we make >100 registrations every day in our nonprofit organization .
workaround: In the form view definitions, turn off auto re-open and set the Event Action/Form Saved to "add" instead of "**auto**".... not possible, is used allready
