Hi Guys, i find the useful app from @Steve community25287).
I just wondering is there any way to automation open a new form “ lookup table form” to input data when “email is not found”? Thank you so much if you can spend your time to my question.

No, there is no way to automatically navigate away from that Lookup form to an entry Form.

HOWEVER, even better…

You CAN adjust the Form to automatically show the additional fields to ADD the new row. User would fill out the fields and tap Save.
