Autofill from google sheets

How can I automatically auto-fill lab ref number, report link from google sheets to app sheet, this data will be automatically added in google sheet i want the same thing to happen in-app sheets

In general, I advice anyone to not use both, AppSheet and the service where/how the data is saved (GSheets, MSExcel).
If you try to use both at the same time, you will find problems no matter what

It’s not clear what you’re trying to accomplish.

Do you simply want Lab Reference Number to be automatically set, so the app user doesn’t have to enter it it? If so:
