Automated Email spacing on iPhone too large

Hi,

we’ve set up an automated email to send when a new injury is added to an athlete. The process is working absolutely fine, however there is a formatting or spacing issue when viewing the emails on iPhone. The spacing left and right to the text is very large. Viewing on outlook on windows is fine. I’ve attached a screenshot of the iPhone view. 

Any help or ideas are very much appreciated thanks. 

We have used a Google doc to create the email template.

All email clients will render things differently. Sadly, there is not too much we can do about it.
Make sure that the margins are set to 0 or something around that, that's the only thing I can think of

Thanks. I went and changed the margin in the page setup to 1 on the left and 0 on the right in the google doc template I'm using for the email. 

Looks good on iPhone and on outlook.
