Automatic adding rows

Hi all, I have Log view from Log table. And other Table like Potential client, many tables from industries, each industry have one table (for ex Factory, CVS,Automotive…). Could we do that every new action we do (adding potential client, a new row from table of industry etc…), it will be shown on Log ? Thanks
