I canโ€™t turn the toggle switches on/off - theyโ€™re static now.

Phone types as well - seems any incarnation of those toggle buttons are affected.

Having same issue. Just reported it. Affecting โ€˜Ignore secondsโ€™ option in Time fields as well.

As you suspect, Gremlins sitting on HTML files are holding the toggle button, so that anyone can toggle!!.. ?
