Hi

I have a client that is looking for an app for his marketing agency. He has over 100 staff that will use the app how ever not all 100 will use the app for a full month. Depending on the campaigns in the month the number of user will vary from 10 going up to 100. Their use will be for a 3 day period or a week at most depending on the campaign.

How do i advise them on cost per user?

Unfortunately billing here comes down to unique users, so unless you want the company to create certain email accounts and everybody just uses those when they want to access the app; otherwise each person, no matter how much or how little they use the app, counts as a user for that month.

One last question from myside. Does the app allow for SMS to be sent to South Africa. I am reading the notes and it does seem possible if I open a Twillo account?

You can send SMS messages to countries outside the US and Canada if you open your own Twilio account. You should confirm that Twilio supports SMS in South Africa but that seems likely.
