Blank template, settings task create a new file content type pdf

Hi,
I can't understand why a task works fine when it sends an email, but it doesn't show the data when the same task is configured to create a new pdf file.
In the attached images I try to show the process starting with a behavior like [update]+1 to activate the process. I have tried with new processes and saving via save & verify data, but the result has been the same.
I would appreciate any indication
