Can I choose what to display in REF column

Hi all,

I made a REF column where ALL supervisors of all the departments are listed (at first, I made them separately but it was complicated when I got to getting [email]) Is it possible, say for example, that if [department] is accounting, then show me only the supervisors in that department (pls see pic).

I know there isn't any tagging to know which department these supervisors are, or can I add to do so? Any other ways?

Yes, you should add a Department column. Then you can manage the dropdown list via valid_if.

Thank you. The instructions were simple but I honestly couldn't follow easily, somehow did it. But why does a warning appear here,
