Can I make the trash can icon dissapear for any or all users?

I don’t want this trashcan icon to appear for the warehouse guys using the ipad taking stock…too easy for them to accidentally delete part numbers. Is there a way to take it off? Either universally or for specific users? I’d rather only be able to delete the parts from the spreadsheet.
