Can I write things on cells using the AppSheet?

I’m a sales representative and I want to develop a app that specify what product, how many and who buy that in Excel sheets.

For example: I choose the client and then I select what itens and how many the consumer would like.

Is it possible the AppSheet record this info (the client ID + the item + the among) on a sheet?

Yes, this is the main way AppSheet is used. But…it can do SO MUCH MORE!!!
