Can i create menu inside menu (LINKTOVIEW)?

My Homepage is work fine but i cant link another error “The xxx app did not load successfully. Please contact the app creator.
Unable to fetch app definition. App ‘xxx’ was not found”

Target: LINKTOVIEW([Link], “xxx-000000”)
