Can't fetch data from Monitor team app usage API

My subscription  plan is Appsheet Core.

Do i have access to these api's with this plan, 

https://www.appsheet.com/api/v2/admin/reports/usage,

https://www.appsheet.com/api/v2/admin/reports/membership,

or let me know if i am doing something wrong.

I've experienced a similar issue but I'm receiving a vague 500 response "An error has occurred". I'd love to know if anyone has had success accessing this endpoint and if so, how!
