I used to have an active (paid) account and used Google to manage all the login process. I’m thinking about restarting my subscription but I cannot login using that same google work email. I’ve added the app sheets app to the ‘allowable’ apps within our google work admin panel so now I have no idea what is going on. Seems like a weird issue considering you’re a google company now
