Can't trigger Scheduled Automation (daily time)

Hi All, 

Could you please help me with the Scheduled Automation setting ? (FYI, I can successfully run test this by click on RUN)

I'm in Vietnam

Below is google sheet (database) setting  

Automation's time setting to trigger at 9:40pm

Bot name : Company | Send Request Email _ Changing to Automation

9:41pm already, but nothing run

It's deployed but still on a free plan

From your third screenshot, it appears that the Bot did indeed fire. So what is the issue?

This 2pm trigger was me clicking on the Run button
