Hello,

Currently, we are making an inspection App for our client. I have 1 question if it is possible in Appsheet,

Question: Can we set a range of locations in our Maps in Appsheet where when we pin a place in the App and it will Automatically answer some fields in our App? 

For example, we will set a zone with multiple streets, then when the user pins it in our Appsheet,  the Zone field auto-populate from the range we set?

You could set up a lookup table that list a center coordinate, a radius, and the auto-fill values. Then in your data input table, if can look up the auto-fill values based on if the pin's coordinates are within the radius distance from the center.

Thanks for answering. Can you expand more on how to create a coordinate with radius or any area on the map? Also, do you have a reference video for those?

Copy the coords from google maps? The radius is completely up to you.

It is possible that we define the coordinates of the corners of a polygon instead of radius? see the photo for reference. We want to auto-populate some field when we pin inside a specific polygon?

Not natively. You can fill the polygon with several circles of varying center points and radius sizes.
