Cannot compare list with text in

Good evening everyone. I'm a beginner on the platform and I'm breaking my head with something that may be quite simple. I have a field in my app where I put the name of a production item. For this item there are several materials that compose it. I would like that when I put the item code, in the "material" field it becomes a list with all the materials to select. I have this item vs material basis in a table called ItemsCut. Below is the illustration:
