Cannot save changes from a user app . no error message.

Hi , 
One of my users has encourted a problems oh hes device which happened a few times. 
After he submits chnages , hes screens stays on Saving chnages(1/6)  screen , and will not progress or give error even after 30 minutes. 
Internet connection is ok , and he is on the most recent version . Hes device is alittle old ios , but can run youtube and many other apps.

This may be the problem, since AppSheet is now cutting access on some old OS versions, although it should sync anyways...

Maybe @Arthur_Rallu could provide some help.
@lizlynch could point this to other people if Arthur is busy

Without much information, we can't give you better guidance, but I'm a little surprised your user can't save changes if they've been able to open the app and see the data.
