Choosing Buttons or Dropdown for Columns using data validation with lists

I’m using Ticket List[Equipment Type] as my “Valid If” constraint for this column but I think by default there are not may values so it shows up as buttons instead of a list.

Any trick to using dropdown lists for all columns that use data validation?

Those aren’t errors. They are warnings, and you can safely ignore them since you populate the dropdown with your valid_if.
